It is your responsibility to enter the full & correct shipping address when ordering. This includes details such as apartment numbers and zip codes. 

We are not responsible for inaccurate shipping addresses. Errors in addresses will result in a reshipment fee, where exchange labels are to be purchased for redelivery.

Chiles Couture is not responsible for incidents of theft, etc. once items are shipped to full and correct provided shipping addresses. Please contact USPS regarding incidents and inquiries.

 

All orders are processed within 3-7 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Updates will be provided via Instagram [@ChilesCouture] and/or via email.
 
Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email, therefore ensure you are entering the correct contact information when ordering.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are between 3-7 days depending on location.
